Abuse Prevention and Response - Policy and Procedure - NSHA AD-QR-001


This policy addresses how to manage instances of abuse sustained by patients/residents while in care with NSHA. It is effective September 28, 2015 for the Central and Western Zones and will be effective October 26, 2015 for the Eastern and Northern Zones.
