Welcome to the CDHA Policy and Procedure Home Page. On this site, you will be able to access all published CDHA policies and procedures.
If you are having difficulty finding a specific policy, please contact the Policy Office – contact information below.
If you need assistance in navigating through this site, please click on ‘How to Use this Website’ – either the icon at the top of the page, or the link to the left hand side.
To search for a specific policy and procedure, click on the Search icon. This will allow you to search through all manuals, by entering a key word or phrase, or you can modify your search and search by individual manuals, or even sections within a manual.
In the ‘Most Recently Published’ link, you will find a listing of all policies published within the last 90 days. You can search via key word, individual manuals or section of a manual and you can also search within a specific date range. This will be helpful if you have been away for a period of time and wish to search for policies that may have been issued during your absence.
Please review the Terms of Use prior to printing any policy documents, or if you are accessing these policies from another organization.
For CDHA policy developers/writers, please refer to the CH 100-050 for information and directions on Policy Development and Implementation. Forms and templates related to policy development are available on the right-hand side of the CDHA home page.
Through this website, you also have access to the Provincial Policy homepage (OP3 – One Province, One Process, One Policy). To access go to the OP3 links at the top right hand corner, and click on ‘OP3 home’.
